Weight lifting if not done correctly can carry the risk of injury. The following safety precautions will minimize your risk of getting hurt and insure you make great progress in the gym.

  • 1. Always use the good form , especially in the exercises with a free weight.

  • 2. Never train alone while using maximum weights.

  • 3. Always fix the weight at barbells with locks.

  • 4. Carefully warm up all parts of a body before training.

  • 5. Never hold the breath while doing the exercises.

  • 6. Use a weight-lifting belt by the execution of presses with a heavy weight.

  • 7. Train with competent trainers.

  • 8. Listen to yourself, improve your knowledge about the bodybuilding.
